Who’s Behind Psych Pages?
My name is Jané. I’m a Drama Therapist, mediator, and SEO specialist—someone who has always refused to fit into boxes. My journey has taken me from the creative world of drama therapy to the technical side of digital marketing, and I’m passionate about building spaces where people can be seen, heard, and supported. Psych Pages is my way of bringing together personal stories, professional insights, and a sense of community for anyone who feels a little different (or a lot!). Psych Pages started off as an idea for a Mental Health Directory. The Facebook page took off and I dropped the website back in 2020 somewhere. With the upktake of the Facebook page, I had a new idea about how this directory idea could take shape. So, welcome to the experiment. Do join in and let me know what works, what inspires you and what maybe doesn’t sit right?

Our logo features friendly meerkats—a symbol of community, support, and always looking out for each other. Just like meerkats, we thrive when we’re connected and looking out for one another. The slogan, “Belonging Begins When You Find Your People,” captures what Psych Pages is all about: you’re not alone, you just haven’t found your tribe yet.
